Paris Forino, founder of Paris Forino, is an internationally recognized Australian designer whose work has earned a prominent place in contemporary interiors. Since establishing her New York practice in 2012, she has become a trusted collaborator for private clients, leading real estate developers, and renowned architects.

Educated at the University of Technology, Sydney, Paris moved to New York in 2003, joining CetraRuddy where she contributed to major residential developments and honed an appreciation for scale, proportion, and architectural clarity.

Paris is widely regarded for her intuitive command of color and texture, with an instinctive ability to understand the precise palette and balance a space requires. Her approach is deeply intentional, shaping atmospheres that feel elevated and alive. Recognized for her nuanced sense of tone, material, and contrast, she demonstrates how thoughtful composition can transform the experience of everyday life. Paris integrates collectible design, curated artwork, and bespoke furniture to create environments that are elegant, warm, and distinctly personal. Her portfolio spans landmark restorations, high-end multifamily developments, and private residences around the world.

Paris lives in New York City with her husband and young son and spends weekends at their 1920s Dutch Colonial home in Connecticut, drawing inspiration from her flower, vegetable and water gardens, often visited by hummingbirds. Outside her studio, Paris is an accomplished cook, an avid balletomane, and a dedicated tennis enthusiast.

Her work and the firm’s projects have been widely celebrated, appearing in Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, Interior Design, Homes & Gardens, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and numerous other international publications.
